Obtaining Support

Getting support for problems with ewiki is possible, but please read
this README first. The authors are thankful for BugReports, and of
course would like to know where this documentation is not detailed
enough and fails to explain things clearly. However, before you
send requests to anyone, please visit following site (this is
necessary to get FREE support):

http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html

Then please feel free to contact the author or leave notes on the
BugReports or UserSuggestion+ pages on our project site.

Joining our http://erfurtwiki.sourceforge.net/MailingList would
allow you to reach a larger audience for your questions. However
you need to sign up first, and it's not much faster than the forum.
Keep in mind, that answers may come in slowly, and visiting back
first after 2 or 3 days is best practice.

But after all: DON'T BE SHY TO ASK QUESTIONS - only because we
have a README here doesn't mean we don't want to give you real
support.

You cannot modify the README file, but anyhow any ideas or suggestion should as usually get filed on BugReports, UserSuggestions or even better the README.Discussion.
