tools/php5fix

If you want to test ewiki with recent PHP5 beta versions, you
either need to apply the fragments/php-patches/ or mangle the ewiki
core script using the 'php5fix' commandline utility.

It adds a few explicit typecasts, where this is known to be
necessary to keep PHP5 versions happy.
