edit/log

Adds an input box to the edit/ page, where users can put a summary
of the cahnges they made. This ChangeLog+ can later be displayed on
the RecentChanges+ page. ("UpdatedPages" currently does not use
this however.)
While this additional field is a bit more time consuming, users
often fill it out, to advocate the changes they've contributed to
particular pages.

You cannot modify the README.plugins file, but anyhow any ideas or suggestion should as usually get filed on BugReports, UserSuggestions or even better the README.plugins.Discussion.
