feature/imgfile_naming

This plugin overrides the default name assignment code for uploaded
images, and keeps the original file name to a certain degree (unless
it is considered frivolously silly, like "DSC00001.jpeg" or such
things).

You could now also disable the "internal://" prefix usuage, as ewiki
can distinguish _TEXT from _BINARY database entries now for SQL
backends.
