markup/naturallists

Allows to start enumerated pages in the source with simple
numbers followed by a dot, as it would naturally be written.
Those lists are of course re-converted into real enumerated html
lists again.

You cannot modify the README.plugins file, but anyhow any ideas or suggestion should as usually get filed on BugReports, UserSuggestions or even better the README.plugins.Discussion.
