meta/builtincategories

Contains a list of category names (you first must edit it!), which
will later be displayed in/below pages to make users choose from
one. The category name is written back into a pages {meta}{meta}
field then.

You cannot modify the README.plugins file, but anyhow any ideas or suggestion should as usually get filed on BugReports, UserSuggestions or even better the README.plugins.Discussion.
